Timothy is a Civic Change Agent: an autonomous, independent individual advocating for and working in the service of the human public. As an entrepreneur, systems designer, thinker and analyst his work addresses the breadth of collective intelligence and collaboration, from solving root systemic problems to solutions that unlock greater human potential.
He is a serial entrepreneur, initial architect and co-founder of OpenCivics, an early hire at Holochain, a prior member of Economic Space Agency (those who know, know), and a freelance consultant and advisor for many years. He graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor of Science in Policy & Management, with a focus on decision science, startup studies, innovation policy, and organizational communication and behavior.
As an entrepreneur, social and decision scientist, organizational designer, speaker, commentator, writer, and artist, he leverages cross-disciplinary thinking and creativity in work that grounds new futures in realism and existing foundations. Grand Strategy + Vision =

Timothy has deep expertise in the convergence of policy, technology, entrepreneurship, integrating social and decision sciences, innovation, regulation and public policy, organizational behavior, operations design, decentralized technology, heterodox political and economic theory, and various forms of systems thinking.
He has experience as a founder, collaborator, and consultant in startups, as well as in systems design, web3, cryptoeconomics, AI, community land development, political campaigns, crowdfunding, product and venture development. He is highly capable as a deep generalist, founder, and multipurpose consultant to solve complex problems, intervene in organizations, societies, and initiatives to create effectiveness.
